Cottage country work

End of season is the big one. The cottage closes, and the broken patio set, the mouldy foam mattress, the barbecue that died in July and the paddleboard nobody will ever fix all need to go before the snow. We clear it in one trip so you are not stacking it in the garage until spring.
Rental turnovers are the other constant. Guests leave furniture damaged, mattresses stained and the shed full of things that were not there in May. If you rent your place out, call us between bookings and we will clear it fast, before the next guests arrive.
Storm debris comes with living on Lake Huron. Downed branches, torn shingles, fence sections and blown-over sheds. We haul the mess and clean the site.
Dock and deck tear-outs are steady work too. Old cedar decking, rotten dock frames, railings and stairs. We take it down and take it away, so you are not left with a pile of splintered boards beside the driveway.
Regular household junk removal, garden and yard waste, infested clean-outs and demolition are all part of what we do here as well.
What it costs
Send us a few pictures and we will send you a price. If it is easier, we will come and estimate on site before we start.
Small loads that are ready for pickup start at $80. Anything bigger is priced by how much space your items take up in the trailer. Demolition adds the days spent on site.
If the job runs over a few days, or you would rather load it yourself, rent a bin: $375 for the 5 yard, $425 for the 8, $475 for the 10, $525 for the 12 and $725 for the 20 yard, each a flat price. We drop it in the driveway or on site, you fill it, we haul it off.

Can you do it while I am not at the cottage?
Tell us when you book. Send pictures, mark what goes and what stays, and sort out access with us over the phone. We give you the price before we start either way.
Do you work at the end of the season?
Yes. Closing-up clean-outs are normal work for us in Grand Bend and Lambton Shores. Book ahead if you can, because the weeks before the snow are busy.
Can you take out an old dock or deck?
Yes. We do residential demolition and we haul the debris away in the same job. Send pictures of the structure and we will tell you what it takes.
How soon can you come?
